Anna Dello Russo...

                                                                                                                                 ''  I hate white walls:
          unnecessarily.”

Anna dello Russo

For the ones who follow fashion world Anna dello Russo is like a myth. A lot of people in fashion system are defined as fashion icon, but I think that only few are really eccentric. Anna or AdR is one of them. For this incredible woman nothing seems to be enough. She wears with the same nonchalance actually everything, a huge red swan over the head or two feathered wings on the shoulders.
Born in Bari, south Italy in 1962, since a child she felt a strong passion for fashion and clothes. “From a very young age I understood fashion was my passion, I was obsessed; I wanted to grow up to own as many clothes as possible.” In order to follow her fondness she took a degree in art history and in 1986 moved to Milan where she started to work for Vogue Italia, a collaboration that last 18 years (for the last 6 years she was the director of L’Uomo Vogue). In 2006 she decided to leave and work as freelance and so she became the editor at large and creative consultant for Vogue Japan, which she still is.
